Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox born December 25 of 1954 in Aberdeen Scotland. Dorothy Farquharson is her mother as is Thomas Allison Lennox, father. Lennox was accepted to the Royal Academy of Music in London during the 1970s when she took flute lessons and the harpsichord over three years. The budget of her was augmented by a stipend for students and part-time work. Lennox wasn't content with her performance compared with other students at the Royal Academy and began looking at other options. Lennox was initially musician in the band Dragons Playground. However, she left before her band was requested to take part in I.T.V.'s talent show New Faces. She sang lead in The Tourists (a British popband) between 1977 and 1980. The band was where she made friends with Dave Stewart and together they created the duo Eurythmics. Then, Lennox began to work on her solo first album Diva that was released in 1992. It was an enormous achievement with regard to the sales as well as critical acclaim. Nostalgia Lennoxs sixth album as a solo artist came out in the month of October, 2014. The C.D. Lennox chose her favourite blues and soul tracks. Also, in May of 2019, Lennox has released Lepidoptera a collection comprising four tracks improvised by piano. The E.P. is the companion album to her art installation at the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art called"Now I'll Let You go... The album is also her first independently released album.
